The 150 acre MTC Enterprise Campus is adjacent to the Carolina Research Park, located at the intersection of Interstates 20 and 77 in northeast Columbia. The campus is about 15 minutes from downtown Columbia, the University of South Carolina main campus and Innovista. It is 25 minutes from the Columbia Metropolitan Airport and 90 minutes from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Nearby services include retail, meeting and medical facilities. Across the street from the Enterprise Campus is Northwoods Golf Course, a public course known for its classic features and its consistent greens. MTC has three other campuses within a 20 minute drive, serving more than 15,000 two-year college students annually.
